100% Offline-First Architecture & Zero Data Selling

SuperBizz stores ALL your financial transaction records (invoices, customer lists, inventory stock, ledgers, and expenses) 100% locally on your PC with AES-256 encryption. We never access, upload, transmit, or sell your business database.

Information We Collect & Why

To create your account, activate license serial keys, authenticate software logins, and provide official support, we collect only the minimal essential information:

  • Full Name: For merchant profile identification and license registration.
  • Mobile Number: For secure OTP verification, login authentication, and emergency support.
  • Email Address: For digital serial key delivery, invoice receipts, and account notices.
  • Working State (State / UT): To apply appropriate GST statutory state rules and support timezone routing.
  • Hardware ID (HWID): An anonymized motherboard/CPU hash used strictly to bind your serial key license to your authorized computer.

Zero Documents & No KYC Certificates Required

We Never Ask for Sensitive Documents: SuperBizz does NOT demand, collect, or store any personal identity documents, government certificates, Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, passport copies, trade licenses, or bank account statements from any user.

You do not need to upload any KYC or business registration proof to download, evaluate, or purchase SuperBizz. Your software activation is 100% digital and paperless.

Rock-Solid Security & Zero Data Selling Guarantee

We maintain rigorous enterprise-grade security protocols across all our infrastructure:

  • Zero Data Selling: We never sell, rent, monetize, trade, or share your contact details or database records with any third-party advertisers, brokers, or marketing networks.
  • Zero Data Leaks: Account information stored on our cloud infrastructure is guarded by Google Cloud Firestore with end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
  • No Public Exposure: Your license details, merchant profile, and transaction tokens are protected by secure access controls and automated rate-limiting firewalls.

Offline Financial Data Isolation & Google Drive

Your financial ledger (daily sales, invoices, customer dues, stock quantities, and profit margins) stays exclusively on your personal computer.

If you enable Google Drive cloud backup, backup files are transferred directly between your local PC and your own private Google Drive account using Google's official OAuth protocol. SuperBizz servers never hold, inspect, or retain copies of your backup archives.

Statutory GST API Lookups

When you look up a GSTIN or generate an E-Way bill distance calculation, requests are sent via encrypted HTTPS directly to authorized government GST API gateways (Priority 1: gstincheck.co.in, Priority 2: api.sandbox.co.in) to retrieve public registry details. We do not maintain or commercialize search logs.

User Data Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may request permanent deletion of your cloud account record by emailing support@superbizz.app from your registered email. Your local database can be exported or completely deleted at any time directly through the software settings.
