Welcome to SuperBizz. By installing and using our desktop software or web tools, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein. Please read these terms carefully before using our products.
SuperBizz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate the software on your registered devices per your active plan tier. The software, its source code, UI design, and all intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SuperBizz.
Your financial ledger data is stored locally on your machine using AES-256 encryption. SuperBizz is not liable for data loss caused by hardware damage, unless cloud backup via Google Drive is configured and active.
Each serial key is cryptographically bound to a unique hardware ID (HWID) and cannot be transferred or reused on different machines. Because SuperBizz provides a 15-day full-feature evaluation demo across standard plans prior to purchase, all commercial software payments are final. Once a serial key has been dispatched to the customer, it is non-refundable and non-reversible. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the SuperBizz software. Sharing serial keys with unauthorized parties is grounds for immediate license revocation.
SuperBizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the active subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
